Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Where available, defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same item. Availability depends on current inventory.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or an incorrect shipment. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund requests are usually reviewed within 3–7 business days after the returned item has been received. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return procedure will apply.
